5.1 In the event that the Operator is involved in a bankruptcy, merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, your personal data may be sold or transferred as part of that transaction.
5.2 If the circumstances so require, a third party may use your personal data, but in any case only for the purpose of providing the Services. The Operator cannot fully secure protection of such used personal data.
